The draw for Copa America 2020 was held on Wednesday with 10 South American teams along with two invitees divided into two groups. Each group consists of six teams and the top four qualifies for the quarterfinals for each group.

North Zone: Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador, Qatar.
The two invitees are Australia and Qatar. Qatar also played in last year’s Copa America. However, this will be first appearance for Australia. Australia’s first appearance in the tournament will see them face Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay and Bolivia after being drawn in the “south zone” group hosted by Argentina.
Argentina will play the opening match on 12, 2020, in Buenos Aires.
