This is how Argentina could line up against Venezuela

Argentina is taking on Venezuela in the second quarter-final of Copa America 2019 with Messi’s team aiming of semi-final spot. However, that won’t be easy with undefeated Venezuela.

Venezuela remained undefeated in Group A as they drew two matches and won one. They held the title contender and host Brazil in a draw. Subsequently, they qualify to knock-out phase as group A runner-up.

Argentine team looked to be struggling in all their three matches. In the first match, Argentina started with Messi, Aguero and Di Mari up front. However, the later two failed to perform well and were substituted. Therefore, they both players are yet to be given a start. Both came as substitute in the other two matches.

But in the match against Qatar, Aguero played very impressive and also scored a brilliant goal dribbling past 3 defenders before scoring from the tight angle. Therefore, there is high possibility of Aguero to be included in the starting XI.

Argentina could line up with 4-3-3 formation with Messi, Martinez and Aguero leading the attacking.

Argentina Line Up: Armani; Saravia, Pezzella, Otamendi, Tagliafico; De Paul, Paredes, Acuna; Messi, Martinez, Aguero.
