The Chelsea winger Willian has been called up for the Brazil squad for the upcoming Copa America 2019 to replace the injured Neymar. Willian was chose ahead of Lucas Moura and Vinicius Junior to replace the PSG star.
Neymar was seen in tears as he left the field after suffering an ankle injury in a friendly against Qatar. Neymar tangled with Qatar midfielder Assim Madibo which in result ruptured his ligament in the ankle joint. Brazil won the match 2-0.
It is said that he will be out for at least six weeks. Therefore, he will be available for the pre-season matches of PSG.
Brazil will take on Bolivia in the opening match of Copa America 2019 on 14th of June.
